Just some cute applique blankets for 4-year-old and 2-year-old sisters.
McKinley's didn't sew out like I wanted. Grr... Her name was suppose to be a few inches below the wand star so it would be out of they way of the ribbon. Emma was sitting on my lap watching the embroidery machine do its thing when between thread color changes (just before stitching the name), she pushed the embroidery unit of the machine forward, causing the design to shift up. I didn't realize the design had actually shifted until the M was almost done, and embroidery isn't something you can just stop and pick out unless you are willing to spend a whole lot of time and the end result would just look weird on a fleece fabric like these blankets.
So *sigh*. Not exactly what I wanted but it was OK.
